How do I order with Odelia Green?
Shopping at Odelia Green is simple and fast. Once you selected your desired products, click on ”add to basket”. Then choose to continue shopping or to go straight to ”Checkout”.
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email from us with all your order details. Note: the confirmation email can end up in your spamfilter.
You can check the status of your order in a few ways.
Check your mail. In the confirmation mail send you can find the status details and the information required to track your order.
Or contact us with questions on your order. Use our contact form, our email firstname.lastname@example.org or chat with us on FaceBook Messenger or Whatsapp.
Orders or part of orders can be canceled by us for various reasons. Possible reasons to cancel an order are:
- Products of your choice are not available.
- There are problems with payment.
- It’s not possible to ship to the desired address.
- The order has been double-booked.
If your order gets cancelled, you will receive an email that states the reason for cancellation. There are no additional charges for cancelled products. Once an order is canceled, it cannot be re-activated again. You will have to place a new order.
If you order before noon (CET time), your order will be shipped the same day.
All products can be returned (unopened) within 14 working days after you received the products.
Returned products needs to be send back in the same condition as they have been received with the original label on them. We do not accept incomplete products or products that have been visibly opened, used or damaged.
How can I return the products?
In case you need to return a product, we ask you to send us an email first notifying us. Send an email to email@example.com and send the following information:
– Reason of return.
– Contact info
– Order number
– Product number
– Tracking number
Your order number, product number and tracking number are inside the confirmation email you received after receiving the products.
You then receive instructions from us to return the product.
Costs for the return shipment are paid by you. Returning product is done at your own risico. We do not take responsibility for lost shipments. We also do not accept returns without a prior notification.
Once your return shipment is received, checked and processed, you will receive a confirmation email. The purchase amount will then be refunded using the same payment method you used to pay for your order. Processing of refunds will take on average 5 working days.
We do not offer the option to exchange products. You will have to place a new order.
